For other holiday breaks, a deposit of £50 per adult and £20 per young person under 16yrs or the full fee is payable on booking. The deposit is non-refundable once we have confirmed your booking. Any balance must be paid at least one month before arrival. Cancellations Should you cancel your booking, we offer the following refunds on the balance (deposit non-refundable): More than 4 weeks prior to the event = full amount; 1-4 weeks prior = 50% of full fee. Less than 1 week prior = nil. We strongly recommend that you consider taking out insurance to cover the possibility of you needing to cancel. CWR reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances or low numbers, in which case fees are fully refundable. However, CWR is not liable for other expenses e.g. travel costs that you may have incurred.
