 Change furnace filters (every other month)

 Tighten loose handles and door knobs

 Clean range hood vents

 Check driveways for cracks

 Vacuum refrigerator coils

 Test GFCI outlets

August

 Check caulking around sinks, tubs and counter tops

 Check attic for water intrusion

 Test carbon monoxide and smoke detectors

 Clean outdoor grill

March

 Have carpet professionally cleaned

 Flush hot water heater and remove sediment

September

 Inspect roofing for damage

 Oil squeaky door hinges

 Check exterior drainage

 Replace caulking around exterior windows

 Inspect fence for any needed repairs

 Run water and flush toilets in unused areas

 Inspect the deck and railings and replace boards, nails

 Clear window wells of debris  Check gutter drainage. Look for clogs and make sure

water is draining away from the foundation.

 Inspect plumbing for leaks

 Change HVAC filter (every 30-60 days)
