William Norton House Dublin’s Newest Conference & Event Venue
AN HISTORIC SITE FOR DUBLIN’S NEWEST EVENT VENUE The beautifully rebuilt and reappointed William Norton House on Dublin’s North Circular Road is an exciting and dynamic new venue catering for conferences, seminars, meetings and marketing events. Built on the former site of St Canice’s Primary School and currently the home of the Communications Workers’ Union, the venue is located in the shadow of Croke Park and is a highly attractive and practical alternative for companies or organisations looking to convene in the north side of Dublin City.
OLD WORLD COMFORT IN A BRAND NEW SETTING
As a completely new facility, we’ve developed our conference and event facilities to the very highest standards throughout. Whether it’s our primary conference centre, our beautifully appointed boardrooms or our comfortable and relaxing breakout areas, you’ll find a delightful mix of high-tech modernity and old-style comfort. It’s a very different setting to anything that you’ll find in conventional hotel or bespoke venues. And set in a stunningly airy and open new building, it provides an atmosphere and an ambience that’s perfect for enthusing your delegates or guests.
THE CHOICE AND FLEXIBILITY YOU DEMAND Our venue was designed from the outset to offer maximum flexibility to corporate or other organisations. So whether it’s a quick, uninterrupted meeting for your management team, a new product demonstration to your trade clients or a full-scale conference to staff or clients, you’ll find a configuration that fits the bill exactly. Our superb conference hall, for example, is available in Full Hall or Half Hall modes, while you can mix and match our smaller Meeting Rooms and Boardrooms, along with our dedicated Breakout Area, as the perfect way of accommodating Think Tanks or Team Meetings.
THE SUPPORT YOU NEED – EVERY STEP OF THE WAY A dedicated Conference Manager is on hand to make organising your event as seamless and trouble-free as possible. We can help you decide the perfect configuration, or assist you with all aspects of your audio-visual or video conferencing needs. We’ve invested heavily in state-of-the-art equipment, which means that your presentation will have the impact that it deserves. And if you have any special requirements – such as staging a post-conference social event on our rooftop garden – we’ll be only too delighted to assist.
A VENUE LIKE NO OTHER Everybody likes to experience something different, and our stunning new building incorporates a real sense of history. We’ve retained our links to the old St. Canice’s Primary School in the form of our magnificent staircase – recovered from the old building and lovingly restored to its former glory. St. Canice’s was part of the beating heart of this community for generations, and now another landmark for Dublin’s north side has taken its place!
