5 . RETURN ON INVESTMENT – i : – If a company installs the SAP software for their system then the Return On Investment will take time to be profitable . In short company will get profitable result but it will take a long time , hence a company whose purpose is to work for very short period ; then SAP is not useful to implement .

6 . LESS USER - FRIENDLY : – It is not user - friendly . Rich internet applications are not effective if the technology we used is ep even though not all browsers support it . 7 . LACK OF SECURITY : SAP have remote access to all your environment . Security level is very low .

8 . RECURRING UPGRADES : Exponential rise of upgrade cost is based upon customization of the software . And the upgrading is very difficult in the SAP system .
