MISSION Strategic Initiatives Project Management Administrative & Operational Support 1. 2. 3. Pg 1

Goal 1 // Develop project management infrastructure for the USF-TGH Health Care Collaboration initiative

USF and TGH entered into an enhanced affiliation agreement in July of 2020 to build upon their long-standing relationship and become a leading Academic Medical Center to provide advanced care across all missions (patient care, teaching, research and community outreach). The full transition to this new organization is being coordinated by a Project Management Office (PMO) made up of 24 stakeholders from USF, TGH, and a management consultancy firm. USF Health Administration plays an integral role in this transition providing project management and administrative services (including facilitation of the PMO Marketing & Communications, and Space Planning groups) to support 33 work groups and their 160 members
