It is not possible to implement same procedures for weight loss commonly to all because for few it may work excellently, for others it may create side effects so it becomes important to add more care in selection of weight loss plan. Although there are so many websites that are providing guidance for diet, exercise and routine workouts but they are not good for everyone. As all bodies are not created equally so if you are thinking to start a weight loss plans then first of all it is good to figure out what type of body you have and which plan will be suitable for you. There are generally three major body types that are found by researchers; collect some information about all of these so that you can tailor your diet as well as exercise plan accordingly. Such customized plans will help you to get faster results in weight loss because with these methods you will be able to start with realistic techniques and find an easy way to attain your goals of perfect body shape. The three commonly known body types are: Endomorph: It is determined by the preponderance of person’s body fat.

Mesomorph: This body type has perfectly developed structure of muscles. Ectomorph: It is characterized by lack of muscle tissue and fat.

These three body types usually create illusion for diet plans and people are not able to identify which diet will suit them perfectly. Out of all these, the endomorph usually looks heavier whereas ectomorph appears to be skinner; other than this mesomorph seems to be well maintained even with little bit added weight.
