Chante T. Lloyd is a native of the worldrenowned 3rd Ward, Houston, Texas, where she was raised by her single mother, Veronica Trimmer, with the help of her grandmother, aunts, and uncles. Her family village taught her at an early age to work hard and always give back. She learned education and entrepreneurship was so important to be successful in life. She attended Prairie View University A&M and Houston Community College where she studied Psychology. Trying to find her way in the world, she pursued careers in child care, the airline industry, public service, and catering. With all of her education, talents, and work experiences, she knew she had a greater calling. She found her single purpose in life when she began a career in multi-level marketing. Chante has spent the last 13 years building multi-million-dollar empires as an impactful distributor for several major global multi-level marketing companies. Pulling herself up by her bootstraps with the partnership of her husband, Kenny E. Lloyd, together they became esteemed business leaders with rock star status in Ardyss International and Total Life Changes, where they have achieved tremendous financial success. Chante knew a thing or two to help thousands do the same. She has been more than generous enough with her time to duplicate that success by closely working with and helping at least 18 families worldwide become multi-million-dollar earners in the industry of direct sales. Her mantra is, “Treat others as you would want to be treated.” She learned from other great leaders how to reach personal health and financial goals through multilevel marketing. She knows it’s her calling to share her gifts and talents with others. So committed to her calling, Chante, along with her husband and business partner, Kenny, launched their own multilevel marketing company, Tava Lifestyle, a direct sales health and wellness company, headquartered in Houston, Texas. Together, they make a dynamic leadership duo who exudes Black excellence. The direct selling business is a $300+ billion dollar industry. There are over 10,000 direct sales companies globally with over $40+ billion paid out in yearly commissions around the world. In just 6 months after starting, Tava debuted in BusinessforHome.org at number 33 out of the top 500 fastest growing of these international direct sales businesses. Kenny and Chante designed and built Tava to be a vessel that people can leverage during their personal storms, particularly the financial storms in their lives. Moving at a steady pace, they extended the company into Canada and the Caribbeans in November 2019, and now it has almost 40K independent distributorships company wide. Chante knows how important it is to build generational wealth to pass on to their children, Sierra, Alexander, and Myles Lloyd, and her brother, Gregory Anthony, who are each making major contributions in business, arts & entertainment. She is always reminding them to “Think and grow rich,” not just financially, but spiritually. Chante not only knows how to make money, she knows the importance of giving back. As the Co-Founder and Treasurer of the Lloyd Family Foundation and Tava Cares, she is able to provide monetary donations and resources to children, college students, cancer survivors, and their families. She truly enjoys giving back to the community through her tireless commitment to bettering the quality of life of others. When Chante is not busy being a business influencer, she loves entertaining and traveling the world with family and friends. She also loves the art of cooking, something she learned from her grandmother, aka, “Big Mama.” If you ask her what calms her in a sea of chaos, she would be quick to smile and say, her nephew Zyir and her four fur babies, Big, Champ, Rich, and Pucci.
