DeMonica Cooper Amerson is an educator, author, certified life coach, and motivational speaker from Houston, Texas. From the day she learned to speak, she did it often and with lots of enthusiasm!

DeMonica attended Prairie View

A&M University where she majored in

Interdisciplinary Studies (elementary education) and minored in English.

In 2000 she teamed up with a group of dynamic ladies, Delta Sigma Theta

Sorority, Inc. and began to volunteer in her community. For the past 19 years,

DeMonica has been a dedicated educator and administrator in Spring ISD.

After becoming employed with the Spring

ISD in 2003 and seeing the challenges that young people faced due to her own life experiences, she received a vision for Imagine Me Enterprises, an organization focused on mentoring and coaching young people to achieve their dreams and goals. With a strong desire for building and promoting self-love, self-esteem and selfawareness, DeMonica works around the Texas, Louisiana, and D.C. area, speaking at seminars and conferences catering to the younger generations. Her vision was not only to speak to young people, but it also led her to write her first novel, “Left but Not Alone: Finding True Love Within.” She then created “Motivational Conversations” a weekly inspirational conference call in 2010 that was heard around the world. The call led to a literary project entitled and inspired by the same name, “Motivational Conversations.” This book speaks of the simple message of hope and love through communication with Jesus Christ. She most recently partnered up with the Preach the Word Network out of Atlanta, Georgia, to host her new television talk show entitled, Motivational Conversations. She appeared on The Steve Harvey Talk Show and in the Essence Magazine 2011 issue. DeMonica is also the author of "The Millionaire Child Coach” and co-author of “I’M SPEAKING, Rewritten Rules of Encouragement to Affirm Women DISRUPTORS.” She acquired her life coach certification in 2018 and has since coached several children under her brand, Millionaire Child Coach. Her drive and passion for life comes from knowing that she has helped youth and young adults learn to embrace self-love, believe beyond what they see, and to know they were created for greatness on the journey to discovering their unique self! DeMonica is married to her college sweetheart George Amerson, and they have two beautiful daughters. Her family serves the community through their youngest daughter's organization, Hailey’s Helping Hands and with Jack and Jill of America, the Woodlands Chapter.
