BALLERS GOT TALENT.
" Hello Ballers! Do you have a special talent that you want to share with the entire CNH District! Then send in an application to Perform at District Convention 2017! Performing in front of DCON is the dream of many, as you get to be on the stage facing Key Clubbers from the entire District! If you can sing, dance, play with a yo-yo, do some magic tricks, or anything of the sort, just record yourself on video, post it to youtube, and email the link to the specified email! If you are at all interested, I would highly recommend that you send in a video application! Good luck to any applicants!

Sister City
Program
For the past week at FHS, foreign exchange students from Nirasaki, Japan have been invited to visit our campus and "attend" their first ever American High School. The program, Sister City Program gives opportunity to both students in Nirasaki and Fairfield, where students are able to explore the endeavors of a new place. Fairfield high Key Club was lucky enough to see these exciting strangers, and even take some of them on a tour of the school. They showered us with delicious, new desserts, as well as improving our insanely embarrassing Japanese accent. Unfortunately, they returned last Saturday and are all safe in sound in their familiar beds. however, some of us keyclubbers keep in touch through an app called, "Line", and even have snap streaks with them! It's not often key club has the chance to meet strangers all the way from Japan, so we were very fortunate to volunteer our time to make them feel more welcomed. As the advisor of the Nirasaki-Fairfield exchange says, "Our home, is your home."

Rod Key Clubbers partnered with the local library to make Valentine's Day Cards for nursing homes! Residents in nursing homes are often neglected; therefore, it feels amazing to show appreciation and care towards them, even with the simple act of making them a Valentine's Day card! -Jose Estrada.
