American Canyon Donaldson Way Harvest Festival
Kiwanis one Day
Each year, Donaldson Way Elementary hosts a Harvest Festival that celebrates student accomplishments and brings together the community for an evening of fun activities. AC volunteers helped organize the bake sale, run games, and clean up afterward! This event is one that our club looks forward to helping at year after year.
Napa Junction halloween dance This year, Napa Junction hosted its own Halloween Dance! Key Clubbers helped organize and monitor the dance in order to ensure everyone’s maximum enjoyment. Afterward, Key Clubbers danced the night away, making it all the more memorable for everyone involved.
Key Club and Kiwanis worked together to repaint the lunch benches at ACMS! The benches were worn down with its old paint tearing off; now, they look good as new! As a reward for our hard work, Mr. Farmer grilled burgers and hot dogs for the volunteers.
NVUSD Conference Setup
In order for our schools to have amazing teachers and staff, Napa Valley Unified puts together a conference each year that involves fun trainings, seminars, and workshops for all teachers in the district. Volunteers helped put together goodie bags and class supply kits, and directed teachers with chalk art! Part of Key Club involves building our school and community, which is why it was important for us to help give back to the teachers who make sure us students have the tools we need to be successful!
