WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES?

District

● Districts can either be defined by state or nation and matches a Kiwanis district. ● Executive District Board is made up of a Governor, Secretary, and Treasurer. ● The District Board also includes one Lieutenant Governor per division

D37E is part of the CNH District which represents divisions all over California, Nevada, and Hawaii

Division

● Each district is divided into different divisions which are made up of various clubs. ● Up to 15 clubs make up a division. ● Divisions are lead by one

Lieutenant Governor who acts as a liaison between the division and the district. ● Depending on the division, members of the division leadership team are either elected or appointed
