Districts can either be defined by state or nation and matches a Kiwanis district. Executive District Board is made up of a Governor, Secretary, and Treasurer. The District Board also includes one Lieutenant Governor per division
D37E is part of the CNH District which represents divisions all over California, Nevada, and Hawaii

Each district is divided into different divisions which are made up of various clubs. Up to 15 clubs make up a division. Divisions are lead by one Lieutenant Governor who acts as a liaison between the division and the district. Depending on the division, members of the division leadership team are either elected or appointed
