Technology means: Computer-aided scanning with Tizian™Scan, constructing with Tizian™Creativ RT design software and milling of zirconium dioxide blanks with Tizian™Cut Tizian™ CAD/CAM is economical and very user-friendly: • Create added value for your lab with relatively low investment. • All components are perfectly designed to complement one another. • Easy to learn with basic computer knowledge. • Wide range of materials: clear acrylic (for casting), zirconium dioxide, tooth-colored acrylic (for temporary constructions) • Open STL-files: You are free to send your pre-modelled case to a milling center, whose software / hardware is compatible to our system

Tizian Scan ™

It is not just its technology which makes this 3D-optical scanner an attractive option, but also its design and ease of use.

Features: Application: Individual stumps, bridges up to 16 units, abutment supra constructions, counter jaw, occlusal position, gingiva, wax-up. • Open data interface, not exclusive to any particular CAD/CAM software or finishing process • Data generated in universal STL format • Scan time for a single stump < 2 min. for a complete jaw < 10 min. for a 3-unit bridge < 3 min. • 3.5 axes for detailed and exact scan results • High depth of focus • automatic completion of smaller blank areas in the scan • rescan function for larger blank areas (no completely new scan necessary)

• Precision: better than ± 15 µm • High accuracy of fit • The sensor captures complicated bridge situations and stump geometries exactly without gaps or blind spots • Preparation margin is detected precisely • Easy to use software applications • No scan gipsum hecessary

Tizian Creativ RT ™

Production of a bridge with several units

Leaves nothing to be desired Scanning is a simple process. Once the order with the customer’s data has been created, the saw-cut model is set into the holder, an overview scan is carried out and the individual stumps are scanned in detail. The model is immediately displayed on the screen. Our CAD-program offers you multiple design possibilities. Offset copings, anatomic crowns and bridges, telescoping and conic crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers and more, are all easily designed with a system that runs almost independantly. Intuitive menu management: In just a few easy steps you can create perfect restorations on screen. The program will lead you through the menus step by step. The learning curve is very short, thanks to the easy menu arrangement. All important parameters are individually adjustable; for example, diameter of the connectors, the strength of the walls or the thickness of the cement gap.
