philosophy The educational goal of Rosemont School of the Holy Child is to develop the whole child — body and soul, mind, and heart — by combining sound religious training with vigorous intellectual growth. The School was founded in 1949 in a splendid Tudor mansion which is today complemented by contemporary facilities. The campus includes an Early Childhood Center, Chapel, science labs, computer labs, a state-of-the-art library, spacious cafeteria, and music and art studios for both Lower and Middle School divisions. Rosemont School also has a large, well-equipped gymnasium and fields.

How Parents Are Involved
A Rosemont School education is an investment in your child’s future. Rosemont School of the Holy Child encourages, welcomes, and depends upon parents’ participation, cooperation, and interest.
Parents’ Auxiliary
The Parents’ Auxiliary is an integral part of Rosemont School. The purpose of the Auxiliary is to foster a spirit of good will and to provide financial support to the School. Each year the Auxiliary sponsors events which benefit the School and, ultimately, the students. Regardless of your time commitments or talents, there are many ways for you to become involved through the Parents’ Auxiliary. The children learn a valuable lesson by seeing their parents volunteer at their School.

Voluntary Contributions
Tuition provides a great percentage, but not all, of the income that Rosemont School counts on to meet operating expenses. The additional funds necessary to balance the budget are made up from several sources including the Rosemont School Annual Fund. Contributions to the Annual Fund are tax-deductible and are solicited annually.

RSHC is located in the heart of the Main Line. Directions are available on our website. The Rosemont train station (Paoli-Thorndale Line) is within walking distance of the school.
EXTENDED DAY
Extended day is available for Nursery through 6th Grade until 6:00 pm.
TUITION AND FINANCIAL AID
Tuition information is available on our website. Additional expenses include uniforms, trips and books. RSHC strives to offer financial aid to families who qualify based on financial need. To be considered, families must complete a financial aid application. Forms are available at the school or you can apply online on our website. We recommend that families apply for aid soon after they apply for admission.
