Terms & Conditions Product Information: This catalog is current as of January 2018. Before ordering, please contact us for a current sales order form which lists stock status and arrival dates of new styles. Dabbawalla Bags are designed in Seattle and sewn in Taiwan by a small, family-owned sewing facility that supports fair wage practices and social responsibility. Each bag is individually crafted and subtle differences add to their unique charm. Although we strive to prevent backorders, due to the unique handcrafted nature of the bags, availability is subject to change. We encourage early orders to guarantee specific style availability. Order Requirements: Opening order is $250. There is no minimum for reorders. We do not have a drop-ship program; however for stocking retailers, we are always happy to assist with an urgent need for a specific style for a customer. Freight: Domestic orders are packed as efficiently as possible and ship from our warehouse in Seattle. Freight charges are billed on your invoice at our UPS negotiated rates. Unless otherwise requested, all orders ship via UPS Ground and ship within 24 hours or as available unless a specific ship date has been requested. There are no freight charges on shipping backordered items. Please contact us for a quote for international shipments. Payment: All opening orders must be paid by credit card at the time of shipping. Subsequent orders may be extended terms upon completion of a credit check and past history of prompt payment. MAP Requirements: All wholesale orders are subject to MAP pricing policy as set forth by Dabbawalla Bags. Retailers who promote and sell products at less than MAP will be prohibited from placing future orders. All retailers are required to sign an agreement before orders are shipped. Territory: Dabbawalla Bags works hard to protect the relationship we have with our valued retail partners and as such, advertising and selling Dabbawalla Bags in a country or region other than the country of invoice/order delivery is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
