About us?

Urabá Sports Club
The Urabá Soccer Sports Club is a private, non-profit sports association, established with the purpose of promoting and sponsoring the practice of the sport of Soccer, recreation and the use of free time and promoting programs of public and social interest, which will be governed by Law 181 of 1995 and its regulatory norms, and by its statute, promoting the promotion of young local talents and the comprehensive training of the bases.

Our Club develops a training and sports process and the preparation of athletes, oriented towards obtaining maximum achievements in the championships on the FCF calendar, Dimayor, DIFUTBOL, Liga Antioqueña de Fútbol and Tournaments with special invitations within the recognition period of the club.
Our Club wants to keep people in the club for as long as possible as players, managers, coaches and fans. Likewise, to our partners and sponsors.
With in the development plan of the Club that participates in the Championships organized by DIFUTBOL and the ANTIOQUEÑA FOOTBALL LEAGUE, our objective is the development of the Minor Divisions and the Initiation and Sports Training Academies, motivating the rescue of values in children and youth, premised on pedagogy and the implementation of best practices for their comprehensive training.

To strengthen the comprehensive growth of players Soccer from the subregion of Urabá Antioqueño and Chocoano, contributing to the improvement of the social fabric through the projection of players at the national and international level.

General objective
To generate a sports and administrative structure in the Academies (AIFD) of the Urabá Soccer Sports Club, which involves an organizational and sports model in all processes of initiation, training and competition in the discipline of soccer, which seeks to contribute to the integral development of the human being, resulting in athletes and people with great potential who are attractive in the National and international market, thus giving an active and voluntary contribution to the social, economic and environmental improvement of our environment.

GOALS
Specific objectives
Design the administrative and sports structure for each department of the club, with the inclusion of suitable personnel, who will strengthen the organizational model.
Design a transversal game model for all categories sports, applying it through an institutional methodology for the proper development of athletes.
Articulate all the club's stakeholders through periodic meetings and training to achieve the club's objectives.
Implement clear, written processes and technological aids in all areas of the club for better control and measurement of management indicator procedures.
Generate agreements and alliances with other entities, clubs and national and international organizations, in order to strengthen the existing business unit.
