Major revamp set for Harper Square BY JEBB JOHNSTON jjohnston@dailycorinthian.com
A major redevelopment of the Harper Square Mall will bring new tenants and big changes to the shopping complex. Southeast Real Estate Development Group is in the process of acquiring the property from
Stockton Holdings, and the Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Tuesday approved subdividing the property into four parcels. The board also granted variances on several setback requirements. Parts of the complex will be demolished to make way for
Hobby Lobby, which will be located in the area of the grocery building. Little Caesars will get a new, freestanding location on one of the parcels. Developer Harley White said negotiations are in progress
