HEALTH SERVICES If you live in Utah, it’s likely that you feel pretty good right now. After all, Utahns are some of the healthiest people in the nation. With abundant outdoor recreational opportunities and widespread access to health care, it’s no wonder that Utah consistently enjoys national recognition as a major locale for healthy living. Utah was named fifth-healthiest state in the nation in the 2008 State Health Rankings report by the American Public Health Association in cooperation with the Partnership for Prevention and United Health Foundation. American Fork Hospital, also part of IHC, serves the north side of the county. It’s well-known Huntsman Intermountain Cancer Center offers radiation and chemotherapy. The hospital also features a Sleep Center and is focusing on expanding its heart services. 4

ARTS & ENTERTAINMENT

T

he beauty of nature has always served as a source of inspiration to artists and musicians, so it comes as no surprise that this community nestled at the foot of the mountains has a rich cultural tradition. Music and theater have played an important role in the area since its earliest recorded history. Whether as a spectator or a participant, you’re bound to find a creative outlet for whatever muse may strike you.

Make some noise Wasatch Winds Symphonic Band has been making music in American Fork since 2006. The community band is made up of approximately 85 resident musicians who rehearse from November through August and perform several concerts throughout the year. The group was founded in 2006 by John Miller, American Fork High School’s band director for 21 years. Miller has coached the school’s bands to various achievements, including marching in the 2005 Presidential Inauguration Parade in Washington, D.C. and in the 2007 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. Utah Premier Brass, a British-style brass band, was formed in 2000 in an effort to revive a musical genre that was once a part of nearly every community in Utah. At the turn of the century, more than 100 brass bands performed in the state; now UPB is the only known British brass band in Utah. The Lehi Silver Band is well known for its appearances in parades as well as for its performances, and Lehi has a chorale and a children’s choir that welcomes anyone who wants to participate. Pleasant Grove has a community orchestra that performs throughout the year. The Utah Children’s Choir, founded in 1984 and sponsored by Pleasant Grove for the past four years, rehearses in the Pleasant Grove Jacobs Senior Citizen Center. The 2008-09 season marks the 25th year of this award-winning group, which has collaborated with many accomplished performers, including the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

Act on it American Fork, Lehi and Pleasant Grove all have community theater programs. Pleasant Grove’s popular Pleasant Grove Players often sell out performances in the Keith Cristeson Theater, located

6

beneath the Pleasant Grove City Library. Also in Pleasant Grove is the Center Stage Youth Performers, a nonprofit charitable organization that provides an educational forum for children to learn musical theater skills.

Step back in time Local museums educate through exhibits and hands-on learning. The largest dinosaur museum in the world, the Museum of Ancient Life, is found at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi. Thanksgiving Point is a 700-acre property which also houses 55 acres of gardens, a farm and petting zoo, restaurants, shopping, meeting facilities, a golf course, a movie theater Megaplex, and the Xango Mammoth Screen 3D Theatre. Thanksgiving Point hosts numerous outdoor concerts and festivals as well as classes for all ages in art, cooking and horticulture. History buffs will enjoy the John Hutchings Museum in Lehi, which gives a glimpse into Utah’s early days of settlement. The exhibits showcase a variety of items including arrowheads and fossils, and teach about geology, the American Indians who lived in the area and pioneer history. Camp Floyd State Park and Museum hosts a battle re-enactment, and visitors have the opportunity to shoot Civil War-era firearms, ride a stagecoach, or play 19th century games. Camp Floyd is located about 20 miles west of Lehi in Fairfield. Cabela’s Outdoor Superstore and Museum contains historical artifacts related to hunting and fishing, as well as wildlife displays preserved through taxidermy. Visiting the store’s giant fish tanks at feeding time is a memorable experience.

Free Family Fun Enjoy an evening outdoors at American Fork’s beautiful amphitheater at Quail Cove. From June through early September, the city Arts Council hosts free concerts. Pleasant Grove also hosts a summer outdoor concert series, providing free performances on Sunday evenings on the east side of the new Pleasant Grove Community Center. Lehi’s free summer concert series, hosted by the Lehi Arts Council, is held June through August. For more information, please visit the city Web sites.

EDUCATION

E

ducation has long been a top priority of residents of north Utah County. American Fork was the first community in the Utah Territory to offer public education in the 1860s, and that commitment to education continues today.

Alpine School District The Alpine School District serves all of north Utah County, with district offices located in American Fork. The district has 10 high schools, 10 junior high or middle schools, and 44 elementary schools. One unique feature of the school district is the dual-immersion language program for elementary school-age children, offered at five different schools. This program, which is growing in popularity throughout the state, is designed to help prepare students for the global workplace as well as support bilingual students in achieving literacy in both their native tongue and in a foreign language. Students who participate in the program in the Alpine School District are taught half of the day’s subjects in English and the other half in Spanish. The Alpine School District accommodates students with special education needs through the Dan Peterson School, located in American Fork. Also part of Alpine School District is the Alpine Transition and Employment Center (ATEC), which provides classes and vocational training to students with disabilities.

Alternative Education Alpine School District’s Summit Programs provide a middle and high school alternative as well as mentoring for younger students who are struggling to succeed in a traditional setting. The programs serve students who are in custody of the state as well as non-custody students who are at risk of educational failure.

Charter Schools

personalized education through the public school system. Lincoln Academy in Pleasant Grove and Lakeside Academy in Saratoga Springs have classes for grades kindergarten through ninth grade. Mountain View Academy in Alpine and Odyssey Charter School in American Fork have classes for kindergarten through eighth grade. Pleasant Grove is headquarters of the state’s first online charter high school, Open High School of Utah, which will open in August 2009. The school offers enrollment to ninth-grade students statewide. OHSU will provide a personalized curriculum, individualized learning experiences, state-certified teachers and the flexibility of studying from home or anywhere else. The school will loan computers to attending students. And because Open High School of Utah is a public high school, there is no cost for Utah residents to attend.

Private Schools North Utah County also has several private education options. Challenger School, a private school originating in the Silicon Valley, now has 20 campuses located throughout the west, including the Traverse Mountain campus in Lehi. The school focuses on early childhood education and making learning fun for preschool through eighth grade. Latter-day Saint affiliated Ensign School in American Fork provides classes from preschool up to eighth grade. The school has 70 students and a lower average student-to-teacher ratio than the public school system. Also LDS affiliated, the American Heritage School in Pleasant Grove was founded in 1970 following the closing of the BYU Training School. It started out with 85 students and met in a former church building. The school was relocated to an 11-acre campus in 2002 and now enrolls 500 students. American Heritage School emphasizes character development through a rigorous private education with a Christian foundation, and is known for its annual patriotic program.

Alpine School District is home to several charter schools, offering

Higher Education North Utah County residents are ideally situated between two education hubs — the University of Utah in Salt Lake City to the north and Brigham Young University in Provo to the south. But many locals attend or are alumni of the school that is closest to home— publicly funded Utah Valley University, located in Orem. Founded as a vocational training school in 1941 prior to the onset of World War II, the school has grown and evolved over the years and was awarded university status in July 2008. UVU now offers more than 60 associate degrees, 58 bachelor degrees, and master’s degrees in nursing and education. Staying true to its roots as a vocational training center, the school still offers a wide variety of certifications in various professions, and has a popular flight school for aspiring pilots. UVU has an undergraduate student body of more than 26,000.

RECREATION & LEISURE

I

f outdoor recreation against the backdrop of the mountains were the only reason for visiting North Utah County, it would be well worth it. The western face of the Wasatch Front was likened to Switzerland and Scotland by its early settlers, and opportunities abound for fun in the sun.

American Fork Canyon Locals and visitors from all over the state come to American Fork Canyon to drive the Alpine Loop Scenic Byway, especially during the fall months when the leaves are changing. The 20-mile drive through glacier-carved peaks and canyons is free to those just driving through, but recreation passes must be purchased to use the facilities. A popular stop along the way is Cascade Springs, a short, wheelchairand stroller-accessible hike along a boardwalk spanning natural pools and springs. Although the road closes to vehicles during the winter, crosscountry skiers and snowshoers can take to the Alpine Loop to enjoy the perfect snow. Timpanogos Cave National Monument is found on the Alpine Loop up American Fork Canyon. Established in 1922, the caverns attract more than 100,000 people every year. Here visitors can visit the “heart” of Timpanogos, where legend has it that an Indian maiden, Ucanogos, climbed the mountain to wait for her warrior, Timpanac, to come claim her. Timpanac was killed by enemy warriors before he reached the summit, and when Ucanogos saw this, she threw her body from the summit and begged the spirit of the mountain to release her spirit and have it reunited with her warrior’s in death. The legend states that the body of Ucanogos was placed on the mountain to be called the “sleeping woman,” and that the hearts of Timpanac and Ucanogos were joined and placed in the mountain, in a cave so dark that evil feared to enter. A 1.5 mile, 1,065-foot ascent from the visitor’s center brings hikers to the mouth of the cave, where they are led on a 40-minute tour through the three caverns, where the “heart” and other colorful formations are found.

10

Making a splash The Jordan River Parkway runs along the Jordan River from Utah Lake to the Salt Lake County line. The trails are popular with walkers, joggers, bikers and horseback riders, and the waterways are used for canoeing and kayaking. Hiking paths and family campgrounds surround the parkway and are used for family reunions and other camp outs. Utah Lake is the state’s largest body of freshwater, spanning more than 96,000 acres. Utah Lake State Park has a 30-acre sheltered marina and favorite activities include boating, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, swimming and year-round fishing. Saratoga Springs Marina is the only public dock on the west side of Utah Lake, and the eight-acre marina is the perfect spot to fish, picnic or launch boats and watercraft. For year-round water fun, visit the Lehi Legacy Center, a topnotch recreation facility for the whole family. The Aquatics Center contains an eight-lane lap pool, leisure pool, hot tub, lazy river, bubble couch, vortex, water slide and the popular giant bucket drop. American Fork Recreation Center also has a pool open year-round.

A walk — or a ride — in the park Through the rapid growth and development North Utah County has seen over the past several years, the area has retained what people came here for — wide open spaces. In addition to lots of green space to enjoy, the community has a number of specialty parks to let residents pursue special interests. Mountain Ranch Bike Park in Eagle Mountain is the first of its kind on the Wasatch Front. It spans 30 acres and features three jump lines, a slope style track, a single track, a skills area with 200 yards of features, a teeter-totter, a pump track, a beginner trail and an uphill trail. Skate parks are cropping up throughout the valley, with the opening of Eagle Mountain’s Pony Express Skate Park in November 2008. American Fork’s Greenwood Skate Park, the newest skate park in Utah, was the first stop of Volcom’s 2009 Wild in the Parks tour. Art Dye Park in American Fork has an 18-hole disc golf course located in the trees on the east side of the park.

Golf enthusiasts can perfect their swing at one of four courses open to the public in North Utah County. The Ranches Golf Course, tucked into the valley between Lehi and Eagle Mountain, provides 220 acres of sweeping vistas and links-style layout. Challenging back tees complete the 18-hole championship facility. The Ranches has a relaxing western theme and the 3,600-square-foot clubhouse has a grill and retail shop. Cedar Hills Golf Club is nestled at the mouth of American Fork Canyon and has varied topography. This 18-hole, par 72 course showcases its natural setting, with native grasses blending right into the bunkers. The Sunset Room at the clubhouse is fast becoming a popular place for wedding receptions and other social functions. Thanksgiving Point Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course surrounding the Thanksgiving Point Gardens. Recently named the best public golf course in Utah by Golf Digest magazine, it has more than 10,000 trees and 55 acres of sand. It is home to the annual Sorensen’s Champions Challenge. Fox Hollow Golf Course is an 18hole course in American Fork. Built in 1974, it is one of the older golf courses in the area and is a fun and challenging game.

The Arts have found a NEW home at Utah COPA If you love music or dance then you are going to love what is going on at Utah COPA (Center of Performing Arts) located in American Fork. It’s a one-stop shop for the performing arts including On Broadway Academy, The Dance Conservatory and Caleb Chapman Music to name a few. This state of the art 14,000 square foot building will be home to some of the best musicians, dancers, and instructors in the state of Utah. Utah COPA is a destination that appeals to all the performing arts, and will become a center for enriching lives (both young and old) through music, theatre, and dance. Mindy Smoot Robbins (Owner and Artistic Director) stated that it has always been a dream to start a center for the arts and all the academy came together quickly. Mindy started performing when she was 4, taking private voice lessons at 6, worked professionally at the age of 16, and started teaching voice at 19. She covered Sutton Foster in the role of Eponine on the Broadway tour of Les Miserables. She most

recently played Maria in the Sound of Music at Tuacahn. She graduated with a BFA in Music Dance Theatre from BYU where she has taught voice in the school of music. She loves sharing her passion for performing with her students. She is a member of Actor’s Equity Association and the National Association of the Teachers of Singing.

On Broadway Academy offers a unique, well-rounded triple threat curriculum where students develop the skills, confidence and techniques necessary to succeed outside of the Academy. OBA is unique in that we focus on the individual, and the faculty hold B.F.A’s as well as years of professional performing experience including Broadway credits. Classes offered include Private Voice, Group Voice, Recording/Songwriting, Acting, Music Theatre, Triple Threat, Touring Performing Company and more! For more detailed information visit their website at OnBroadwayAcademy.com, Facebook, or (801) 216-4625. Stephanie Brucker (Owner and Artistic Director) received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance Education from Brigham Young University. She was the Artistic Dance Company Director, Cavette Advisor, Aerobic Instructor and Dance Teacher at American Fork High School. During her time with the Cavettes, she received the Coach of the Year award. Her Cavettes won numerous awards including first time Region Champs. Stephanie’s Dance Company received

Superior rating at the High School Dance Festivals and traveled from New York to California participating in professional workshops. Stephanie has been teaching for the past 18 years and has taught at various studios in Utah County, UVSC and BYU for the Dance Department. She was a member of UVSC Synergy Modern Company, UVSC Dance Team, and BYU Dancensemble. She is also the director of one of the local P.A.L.S group in Utah County. She is a member of the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO) and National Honor Society for Dance Arts (NHSDA)

The Dance Conservatory offers beginner to professional level dance classes focusing on Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Creative dance styles. The instructors at The Dance Conservatory bring a wide variety of experience and work hard to make each class fun, educational, and rewarding. Each student is given the opportunity to perform at themed dance concerts held at the end of each semester. This years concerts will be “Mary Poppins and “Empty Pot. Classes are set-up by age category (ranging from 3-18 years of age) and teach the core principles of classic and modern dance techniques. Dance companies are setup by levels of expertise and include Mini, Junior, Senior, and Performing Company levels. Other classes offered include Boys Hip-Hop and tumbling. The always popular Zumba class as well as Contemporary Dance and Ballet Blast for adults are also available. For more detailed information visit TDCDanceConservatory.com or (801) 472-3615.

elcome to the Lehi area. Whether you’re moving in or just passing through we’re glad you are in our part of the world. The Lehi Area encompasses northwest Utah County, specifically the cities of Lehi, Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain. There are many great attractions to enjoy in our area, from the Ranches Bike Park to the Lehi Legacy Center and Thanksgiving Point’s museums, gardens and shopping. Saratoga Springs’ marina on Utah Lake is one place you’ll want to see as well. Each year the Chamber participates in local celebrations and events. In the summer it all kicks off with Eagle Mountain’s Pony Express Days, a ten-day celebration with a PRCA rodeo and more than thirty other events. Next we all get a taste of summer fun at the Saratoga Splash Days, where fun in the sun is the order of the day. The wake boarding contest and bounce houses and concert are good neighborhood fun. Then Lehi Round Up week brings together one of the most impressive volunteer efforts in the state to put on a full week of events from boutiques to a world-class rodeo, all coordinated through volunteer efforts. Arts in the Park concerts also keep our summers sizzling and Foam Day in Lehi on the weekend of Pioneer Day, July 24th, is good clean fun, hosting visitors from around the state in a giant bubble party featuring a free-for-all foam diving event. With all of the fun things we do in our area it may seem that there is little time left for work, however in our communities we adhere to the old adage of “Work hard and play hard.” With the new growth in our cities we are welcoming new companies, especially in the IT industry. These businesses bring high-paying jobs and great opportunities to our residents. Our Chamber Membership reflects the variety of businesses in our area, from Intel/Micron Flash Technologies to local home-based businesses. This variety is essential to maintaining a strong economy and ensuring the high quality of life our residents are accustomed to living. The Chamber is the place where business and community connect. We take that responsibility seriously, offering educational opportunities and community and networking events all year long. You can learn more about all we do at www.lehiareachamber.org Sincerely, Donna Milakovic, president, Lehi Area Chamber of Commerce

reetings from Pleasant Grove Chamber of Commerce! Pleasant Grove City, nestled right in the middle of bustling Utah County, is full of liveliness; offering family-friendly activities and recreation for all ages. Gorgeous scenic views can be seen from virtually every street in Pleasant Grove. The city offers a variety of outdoor park recreation from the giant trees in Anderson Park to the unique redwood play structure specially designed for Discovery Park. A short walk up Battlecreek (200 North) places you at the base of Battlecreek Falls - Utah County’s hidden wonder. Yet, encircling the flurry of activity, is a city full of dedicated, innovative businesses and retail shops unique to our area. The Pleasant Grove Chamber of Commerce, formally called the Pleasant Grove Business Alliance, has rededicated ourselves to serving the businesses of the Pleasant Grove and Lindon cities. We are a member-driven organization existing to provide networking opportunities and education to local businesses and partnerships between businesses and city officials. Like you, we honor our current businesses, express excitement and offer hospitality for newcomers. I have had the great privilege of working and living in Pleasant Grove. I’ve rubbed shoulders with loyal business personnel dedicated to keeping businesses locally run and operated. While many cities are cutting budgets and employees, Pleasant Grove City is cutting ribbons to welcome these new businesses to our great city. Pleasant Grove City is currently revitalizing downtown, and it’s working! Quaint yet trendy boutiques are sprouting up along Main Street. Shops are renovating and redecorating to make Main Street an exciting place to visit, yet maintaining the history and culture for which Pleasant Grove is so famous. The Pleasant Grove Promenade, our very own farmer’s market, is in the middle of its 4th year of operation. Hundreds of people come every Thursday to experience local music, art, food and neighborly conversations at our very own historic Downtown Park. It is truly an experience you won’t want to miss! I encourage you to take an afternoon to explore the charming boutiques, studios, restaurants and retail shops Pleasant Grove has to offer. Alpine The city of Alpine is tucked into the mountains in the northeast corner of Utah County. As its name suggests, Alpine is a mountain town with an extensive trail system for hikers, bikers and offroad motorists. Lambert Park has 14 miles of single-track trails of various ability levels for mountain bikers, with access for equestrians and hikers as well. The park also has double-track dirt roads that are currently open to motorized vehicles, ATVs and bikers who may not be ready for the narrower trails. Alpine has a rich foundation in the arts, with several galleries and studios, along with artists, located there. And Alpine Days, the annual festival, celebrates the town with family activities each August.

American Fork American Fork is situated between Salt Lake City and Provo just off Interstate 15. With flourishing business growth and a deeply rooted, active arts culture, American Fork has much to offer businesses and families. The city gets its name from the American Fork River, which makes its way from American Fork Canyon to Utah Lake. Home to the district offices of Alpine School District, one of the largest districts in Utah, American Fork upholds a high standard of education. With a highly educated work force — 70 percent of American Fork residents report at least some college education — American Fork is an ideal place for businesses. The American Fork Arts Council operates a variety of programs throughout the year; American Fork Symphony and the Utah Regional Ballet perform regularly. Residents have close access to American Fork Canyon for all things outdoors, including Timpanogos Cave National Monument and the Timpooneke Trail that leads to the top of Mount Timpanogos, the second-highest peak in the Wasatch Range at about 11,000 feet. The American Fork Boat Harbor gives access for boaters and other water enthusiasts.

Cedar Hills

Lehi

Cedar Hills was incorporated in 1977 with 31 occupied homes. At the end of 2008, the city’s estimated population was 9,861. Cedar Hills sits in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains, with American Fork to the west, Highland to the west and north, and Pleasant Grove to the south. After long negotiations, Cedar Hills now has a Walmart as the beginning of their commercial part of the town. With a rural attitude and close proximity to Salt Lake City and Provo, Cedar Hills has a broad appeal to families and commuters.

Lehi is Utah’s sixth oldest city, incorporated in February 1852. It is the northernmost community in Utah Valley. Lehi has a rich history of economic progress: Utah Sugar Company’s first plant was in Lehi, established in 1890; the Lehi Roller Mills has continually operated since 1905; and Porter’s Place, named for notorious gun slinger Porter Rockwell, opened in 1971. Visitors to Lehi can walk down historic Main Street, admire the architecture and patronize the many businesses. XanGo, a nutritional supplement company, calls Lehi home, and Microsoft is opening an office near Thanksgiving Point. Lehi also offers the Lehi Legacy Center for recreation, classes and gatherings; the John Hutchings Museum; and Thanksgiving Point, with, among other things, the world’s largest dinosaur museum. The annual Lehi Roundup draws families to the festivities each June.

Eagle Mountain Eagle Mountain is located on the Pony Express Trail and celebrates the history of the area every year with Pony Express Days held the first week of June. It is also one of Utah’s fastest-growing communities. Since its incorporation in 1996 the population has increased from 250 residents to more than 22,000. The city is a planned community and has miles of walking paths, plenty of parks, and thousands of acres marked for commercial development. Residents enjoy quiet, safe neighborhoods with a range of recreational opportunities from mountain biking to skateboarding. In 2007 Eagle Mountain was recognized by the Army National Guard for “Community Support of the U.S. Armed Forces” and continues to hold welcome-home parades for residents returning from deployment overseas.

Highland Highland is the gateway to American Fork Canyon. Once water rights were in place, pioneer settlers began to call the bench between American Fork, Lehi and Alpine their home. Named for its similiarity to Scotland’s Highlands region, this community was officially incorporated in 1977. Highland keeps residential development on large lots, many areas with animal rights. New commercial development is under way at the intersection of the Highland and Alpine highways. Highland offers family entertainment through the annual Highland Fling, an active Arts Council and close access to American Fork Canyon, many trails and parks.

Pleasant Grove Pleasant Grove was incorporated in 1855. Settled by Mormon pioneers, areas of the town were named Little Denmark, where Scandanavian descendents lived; Monkey Town, a favorite gathering place for mischieveious youth to “monkey around”; and Mud Hole, where merchandising and entertainment took place. With the abundant annual strawberry crop, Pleasant Grove began celebrating Strawberry Days, which is now the longest-running celebration in the state of Utah. Each June is marked with a rodeo, parades and, of course, plenty of strawberries. There are several historic buildings still standing. Pleasant Grove has an active Arts Council, which puts on such events as plays and concerts in the park; public library programs; and a growing business community.

Saratoga Springs Saratoga Springs was incorporated in 1997. Residents enjoy lakeshore living, situated on the northwest end of Utah Lake. An 8-acre public marina offers access to the lake for boaters and anglers. The intersection of Lehi Main Street and Redwood Road has been a hot spot for new commercial developments have built in this area, with more in development at that intersection.

GROWING BUSINESSES

E

agle Mountain City offers entrepreneurs and start-up firms an opportunity to participate in the city’s Business Incubator Development Program (BIDP). Eagle Mountain City’s BIDP is unique in that it is not funded by taxpayer dollars. The city has partnered with Direct Communications to provide office space, use of equipment and other valuable resources to new companies willing to commit to relocating in Eagle Mountain after two to five years in the program. The Eagle Mountain BIDP offers a combined total of 5,120 square feet of office space for businesses selected to the program. If selected, businesses are given basic phone and Internet services at no cost (upgraded service at exclusive nominal rates), as well as access to critical multimedia tools, information, contacts and services which may otherwise be inaccessible or unaffordable. Participating businesses also have access to shared resources such as a reception area and conference room, copy and fax equipment, audio visual equipment and a break room. The facility will be divided into private offices, cubicles and light assembly/manufacturing areas. The program will provide access to business and technical advice and introductions to a range of qualified service providers, potential mentors and financial resources. The city will be exploring an organized program of training, one-on-one counseling and mentoring. You are also given a complimentary membership to the Lehi Area Chamber of Commerce, where you will be able to participate in networking luncheons and business support groups. The companies chosen to participate in the program are offered the opportunity to lease office space for up to three years. The terms of each lease agreement are customized and determined on a case-by-case basis. However, the following lease schedule is anticipated for most participants: • 1st year — No cost • 2nd year — 50% of market value • 3rd year — 85% of market value The revenue from the leases is used to subsidize office expenses and services provided to the Eagle Mountain BIDP. A reserve fund will be created to offer additional incentives for incubator graduates.

Following the three-year program, the city will offer a rebate to the graduates who choose to relocate to (or construct) another facility within Eagle Mountain City. The city has six companies participating in the program to-date. They are still accepting applications. Interested parties should download and complete the application forms at www.eaglemountaincity.com/incubator and submit them to Eagle Mountain City, c/o Lori Jolley, 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005. Questions may also be addressed to Lori Jolley at 801-789-6638, or ljolley@emcity.org.
