Babies must be dressed in decorated diaper attire (disposable or cloth) for this contest. 2. Judging will be based on originality of design, creativity, attractiveness, and public appeal. 3. Azalea Theme diaper decorations are encouraged but not required. (2015: Azaleas in Wonderland—a Disney Filled Weekend) 4. The decorated diaper needs to be the central focus of the costume. NOTE: Judging will be performed prior to crawling derby so costumes may be removed for the actual crawling race.

I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the race. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to: falls, tripping, contact with other participants, effects of weather, including high heat, and/or humidity, traffic, and conditions of the road/course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azalea Festival Committee and its sponsors, agents, officers, representatives, volunteers, from all liability arising out of any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, suits, actions, or judgements of any kind and description that may occur to or be suffered by me as a participant by reason of activities arising out of this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person named in this waiver.
