NEW TRAILER FOR ‘ZACK SNYDER’S JUSTICE LEAGUE’ DEBUTS

An epic new trailer for “Zack Snyder’s Justice League” has premiered today. Intentionally released on Feb. 14 (2/14) to signify the runtime of Snyder’s original take, the trailer revealed something far beyond any “cul-desac.” Snyder’s highly sought after cut of "Justice League" will be four hours long, making it the longest superhero movie to date.

The highly anticipated lm will be released to HBO Max on March 18, 2021.

dreds of millions of social media mentions, it became a powerful global movement among cinephiles and comic book fans alike.

Whedon took over directorial duties after Zack and Deborah Snyder stepped back f rom post-production to deal with a family tragedy.

Soon after the lms theatrical release, the movement gained major momentum as DC lovers called for Director Zack Snyder’s full vision, plotted soon after “Man of Steel” (2013) to nally be realized.

Back in 2017, Justice League was deemed a critical op. Now, over three years after the initial release, fans and actors alike are getting the Justice League they deserve.

THE ROAD TO THE SNYDER CUT How ‘Zack Snyder’s Justice League’ became a reality

And every time, they have overcome the odds and saved the human race. One foe, however, altered their emergence onto the big screen time and time again, and this time it was humanity's t u rn to re s c u e t h e world's greatest heroes.

“The directing is minimal and it has to adhere to the style and tone and the template that Zack set,” Emmerich told the Hollywood Reporter. “We’re not introducing any new characters. It’s the same characters in some new scenes. He’s handing the baton to Joss, but the course has really been set by Zack. I still believe that despite this tragedy, we’ll still end up with a great movie.”

The truth, however,

always comes out.

“I just was kind of done with it,” Snyder told writer Sean O’Connell years later. “I was in this place of [knowing] my family needs me more than this bullshit, and I just need to honor them and do the best I can to heal that world.

When “Justice League” premiered in theaters Nov. 17, 2017, it revealed just how much the studio, and Whedon, had changed.

The result was a

botched cinematic experience that let a lot of fans down.

As a result, DC lovers launched an online petition titled “Zack Snyder's Director's Cut and To m H o l k e n b o r g ' s (Junkie XL) Score for Home Release” on change.org. The petition had 179,161 supporters.

This was just the beginning. Over the following days, months and years, the Release the Snyder Cut movement gained major

momentum and resulted in a four-hour long epic set to premiere March 18, 2021 on HBO Max.
