BARTLETT — On a night when only a handful of voters (less than 60 people) turned out to pass the fi rst $8 million budget in town history, it was a former Josiah Bartlett Elementary School student who stole the show at annual school meeting Tuesday. Sam Garland delivered a speech for the ages, citing the value of his education here and the quality of the educators within the building who helped mold the young man he has become today.
