5 Best Places To Study DEDE OGBUEZE THE SUNDIAL

There are several places on campus where students can do homework or study in a quiet place. Here are the top five places on campus: Oviatt Library The Oviatt is the primary study location on campus. The Oviatt offers computers, desk space, and group study rooms to accommodate all of your scholarly needs. A.S. Computer Lab The computer lab is near the SRC. It is a convenient alternative to the Oviatt and it is right next to Shake Smart if you need a break to re-hydrate.

JAMES FIKE

The Oviatt Library is a cool and quiet alternative to the Oviatt Lawn or the Sierra Quad.

Botanical Gardens If you like to study with a view, this is where you belong. The gardens usually aren’t crowded, so it’s a nice place to clear your head and get to work. Matador Bookstore Complex The bookstore complex is ideal if you just

5 Best Places To Nap

DEDE OGBUEZE REPORTER

Being a student can be draining, but there are plenty of places for students to take a break on campus at students’ own convenience. Here are the top five places on campus: Pond near VPAC There isn’t a more relaxing sound to hear during sleep than water. Take a blanket down to the pond and relax on the grass until you’re ready to go again. SRC Pool The pool in the Student Recreation Center resembles a 5-star luxury resort. Recline on the beach chairs and let your worries fall by the wayside. Nap Pods (Oasis Wellness Center) There is a room with six nap pods which allow students to take a quick 20 minute nap while soothing sounds of the ocean play in the background. Reservations must be made in-person at the reception desk. Oviatt lawn This is a popular nap location because of the ample shade and grass. Hard to beat that.

JAMES FIKE

Top pick: Oviatt Library The Oviatt offers plenty of space for you to lay your head down on a desk and get some sweet, well-deserved shut-eye.
