Payment for all purchases is due within 5 days of sale. Sale invoices will be sent via e-mail within 24 hours of sale conclusion. First choice females terms 25% down, 75% at selection and pick up at four months of age. All embryos sell with reasonable starting bid and no reserve. Embryo release forms are issued once proper payment has been received and processed by sale management. All embryos are froze DT unless otherwise noted in catalog or online update sheet. All embryos are available for immediate shipment unless otherwise noted in catalog or online update sheet. Embryo shipping coordination and expense is the responsibility of the buyer. The seller is responsible for proper transfer of embryos to buyer with Holstein Association USA. Embryos sold for export are sold at current location at respective flush vet quarantine facility. The following terms and conditions apply to embryos sold for exports: • One time $200 fee per lot will be charged at the time of invoicing to the buyer to assist in covering export documents, document preparation, and shipping to USA export agent. This fee does not include any additional charges from the USA export agent. • This fee will be included on invoice from sale management. • Sale management will forward entire fee to respective flush veterinarian. • Any expenses associated with the shipment (USDA/APHIS Health Certificate, shipping, documentation prep, tank charging etc.) over $200 paid by the buyer are the responsibility of the seller. • Sale management wants all buyers to receive embryos as soon as possible after the sale and proper payment has been processed. It is up to each individual buyer to e-mail sale management info@ bovinebid.com with name and contact information of USA export agent.
