BREATHE MEDITATION 1) Sit down comfortably or you can lie down, and close your eyes. 2) Relax your body and go off from any Tension. 3) Begin noticing your breath brings your complete attention to it. Feel the depth and pace of inhales and exhales, as they move in and out of your body Your breath to find its own comfortable rhythm and place Please keep your attention to your breath 4) Slowly move your attention to the tip of your nose. Feel the breath as it passes your nostrils and keep your attention there. 5) You can try this as long as you like, and allow your mind to completely dissolve into your awareness. 6) Enjoy the peace, which has creates in your mind and feel the calmness and clarity you have found.
