Martial Arts the “Spiritual Power” of Body ‘Spirit,’ mean the power and strength of our body. “Spiritual Power,” means the internal strength of our Body which develops to gain more stronger then you, it also helps to develop your mind very cool & sharp and the body movements very fast & quick to create new techniques in Martial Arts by the help of “ Lord Buddha” the ‘Spiritual God’ of Martial Arts. Spiritual Power is also known as ‘Six Sense’. There are five senses in our Body they are: 1) Eyes – which can see
2) Mouth – which can taste
3) Noise – which can smell
4) Ear – which can listen
5) Skin – which can feel
Out of this five senses when one sense is not working than the six sense start working and this sense is known as “Spiritual Power” of the Body. In India it is also known as “Yogh” or “Yoga” body exercise, even known as “Mudra” (five movement)which helps for blood circulation of the body for the internal strength which helps to develop the mind & body in Martial Arts in mastering the techniques of Martial Arts.
