assist students of diverse backgrounds" (objec9ve 2.2). Draw from talent from a segment of society o^en underserved. Develop a rela9onship that is sustainable and expansive.
Compton High School -‐-‐ Example (Pilot) Predominately minority high school: 81% Hispanic 18% African American
Parental Educa9on 50% of students have parents who never graduated from high school. 32% of students have parents who graduated only from high school. Only 5% of students have parents who graduated from college.
Compton is an underserved community with diversity.

Awareness, Engagement and Consideration could be established using student surveys and social media. Application and Employment could be established using application/hiring numbers. These tools should allow you to determine the relative effectiveness of different branding efforts.
Poten9al Programs Program Par(cipa(on Social Media Program sponsorship with logo displays on program and website. Week Representa9ve involved in the discussion with students. Job Fair Onsite and virtual, representa9ve will to talk to students and view electronic files Mentorship Outreach to encourage student par9cipa9on in programs for high school students. Programs Work with military recruiters and veteran COI who can talk to poten9al recruits.
