The Blaze Burger takes some work to finish and even to fathom, depending on your appetites. “It’s spicy,” said Sam Dimmen, a DECA member and senior at Burnsville High School, for which the burger is named. “It’s got jalapenos and pepper jack cheese. It’s got a fried egg on it.” The Blaze Burger will be available during October at the Burger Jones restaurant in the Aurora Village Mall south of County Road 42 and east of County Road 5 in Burnsville.
