PROJECT INFORMATION AIRBNB HAS DECIDED TO EXPAND IT'S OFFICES TO DENVER, COLORADO. THEY WANT THE NEW OFFICE AT DENVER TO DRAW INSPIRATION FROM THE LOCAL REGION BUT ALSO TO EXPRESS AND SHOW THEIR BRAND. THEY BELIEVE IN THE IDEA OF WORKING COLLABORATIVE WORKING AND THE ENVIORNMENT THEY ARE IN NEEDS TO SUPPORT THE NEEDS OF THE COMPANY, WHILE STILL FUNCTIONS IN OTHERS WAYS AS WELL. THIS NEW OFFICE WILL HOUSE LUXERY RETREATS INTERNATIONAL AND SAMARA. THE SAMARA GROUP WILL FOCUS IN A NEW INITIATIVE. THIS INITIATIVE IS CALLED BACKYARD AND IT IS AN "ENDEAVOR TO DESIGN AND PROTOTYPE NEW WAYS OF BUILDING AND SHARING HOMES. THE OFFICE SPACE WILL MEASURE 12,550 SQ.FT. ONE SUITE MEAUSRE 3,300 SQ. FT. WITH A PATIO MEASURING 1,700 SQ. FT. AND THE OTHER MEASURES 7,000 SQ. FT. WITH A PATIO MEASURING 550 SQ. FT.
