The canon 5d MARK III HAS SEVERAL DIFFERENT SHOOTING MODES. WHILE THE EASIEST TO USE IS THE SCENE INTELLEGENT AUTO, FOR BEST RESULTS, it’s best to utilize manual mode. LETS TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT other MODES ARE AVAILABLE.

The 5D Mark III’s fully automatic shooting mode. Use it to turn control over to the camera. Great for when you’re learning about your camera and photography or when you need to transfer the workload to the camera so that you can relax and have fun.

P (PROGRAM) MODE

Think of Program AE (AE stands for auto exposure) mode as a bridge between Scene Intelligent Auto and the more manual shooting modes. Although the camera determines the exposure settings, you have much more control over different functions, such as the AF mode, metering, and so forth. You can also shift the program by changing which combination of aperture and shutter speed the camera uses in a given situation

CAMERA MODES

SCENE INTELLEGENT AUTO

TV (SHUTTER PRIORITY)

In this mode, you set the shutter speed and the camera works around that setting to get the right exposure. In all other aspects, the camera is under your full control. Good for sports, action, and when you are moving.

AV (APERATURE)

This mode is similar to the Tv Shooting mode except that you set the aperture. Good for portraits, landscapes, and close-ups.

M (MANUAL EXPOSURE)

You are responsible for all exposure settings. You can control the aperature, flash exposure compensation, shutter speed and the iso. If dont correctly, you can capture amazing images.

This special shooting mode (known as Bulb) opens the shutter for as long as you hold the Shutter button down. Best used when you are trying to capture star trails, light painting, and fire works. Can also be used to capture lightning storms.

C1-C3 (CUSTOM)

These are Custom Shooting modes. They enable you to save camera settings in any of the three dial positions for recall later. Feel free to change any settings as you shoot in the C1, C2 or C3 positions. You won’t erase what you saved. These changes will stay until the camera times-out, usually one minute (you can change that duration in the menus), and the next time you go to shoot, even if you had changed something, you’re back at your saved settings.

THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT LENSES YOU CAN USE TO CAPTURE ASTONISHING PHOTOS. WE NOW PRESENT TO YOU, THe BEST selling & best SUITED lenses FOR creating AMAZING PHOTOS.

Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 L IS USM Macro

Canon EF 135mm f/2 L USM It is very sharp, it is very fast, it is very well built and it is one of the least expensive L lenses Canon makes. It is the highly regarded Canon EF 135mm f/2 L USM Lens. If 135mm is the focal length you need, you will not be disappointed by the 135 L.

Canon EF 85mm f/1.2 L II USM The Canon EF 85mm f/1.2 L II USM Lens is the widest aperture lens Canon currently makes (review update: the Canon EF 50mm f/1.2 L USM Lens now shares this aperture) - allowing handholding and action stopping in the darkest conditions. The background blur the Canon EF 85mm f/1.2 L II USM Lens is capable of producing is stunning.

BEST sellers

The Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 L IS USM Macro Lens is an extremely fun lens to use. It combines excellent image quality with a useful focal length, a relatively small/light body, fast/quiet AF with 1:1 (1x) macro capabilities - and HIS (Hybrid Image Stabilization).

Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8 L II USM The Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8 L II USM Lens is considered one of the most important lenses in Canon’s lineup. The 16-35 L II becomes the new standard for professional and serious amateur photographers alike.

Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L II USM The Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L II USM Lens is clearly the best performing Canon full-frame-compatible general purpose zoom lens available. It is the best from both an image quality perspective and from an AF speed/ accuracy perspective. This lens is very sharp/has excellent contrast across the frame even at f/2.8 and is well built, and focuses extremely fast.

Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS II USM The Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS II USM Lens delivers impressive image quality, focuses accurately very fast and has top-of-the-line build quality, 4-stop Image Stabilization, weather sealing and a very useful focal length range.

Canon TS-E 17mm f/4 L Tilt-Shift

Canon EF 50mm f/2.8 L IS USM Macro The EF 35mm f/1.4 L USM Lens is a really nice and very well regarded Canon prime lens. The 35 L has membership in the Canon L Lens club - and it shows. Build quality is addictingly excellent - professional grade.

Canon EF 50mm f/1.2 L USM For many years, a fixed focal length (prime) 50mm lens was standard for film SLRs. Although 50mm lenses are not nearly as popular as they used to be, there are still many people who want one of these in their kit. You cannot go wrong with this lens, especially with the wide open f/1.2.

BEST sellers

The Canon TS-E 17mm f/4 L Tilt-Shift Lens is, at review time, the widest tilt-shift SLR lens made. It is also one of the highest quality (both optically and physically) 17mm lenses made.
