LGet Sick Days. earn more about commercial pumpkin production including fertility management, variety selection, no-till production and insect disease and weed management. Given the need to limit groups and socially distance, the field day will be a little different than in the past. There will be a one-hour tour at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. for participants with a limit of 20 people on each tour. Presenters will be on hand to address various pest and production-related topics. They will give a brief introduction and, from there, attendees will have time to tour the trials including the variety trial with over 80 pumpkin varieties. All trials will have signs and details posted.

Presenters will be on hand for further questions and discussion. Light refreshments will be provided. This program is FREE, but pre-registration is REQUIRED. Please register

Additional information will be recorded on the trials and topics, and posted online after the field day. While we intend to proceed as planned, the program is subject to change with any major local or state guidelines. Registered participants will be notified via email should any such changes be made. It is highly suggested that masks be worn and the groups will be practicing social distancing.
