It steams, it sizzles and it is always filled with great things to see and do. Welcome to a new season, and a new edition of Dallas Hotel Magazine. Now, three decades later the musical duo, known in folk and pop circles around the world as Jackopierce, are at the top of their game. Who says nice guys don’t finish first? She sold her house, cashed in her 401K and quit her job 10 years ago, all in the name of … jokes? Meet Amanda Austin, and step inside her successful Deep Ellum sketch comedy center. And learn why there’s no business quite like funny business.
