Plastic Pot Recycling Scheme

Our mission is simple: to help keep recyclables out of landfills. Our Plastic Pot Recycling Scheme allows our retail customers to contribute to a circular solution by returning plastic pots made from polypropylene plastic 5 (PP5) to our Pot Recycling Bins located at our Daltons Landscape Supplies Yards. These pots are recycled into new ones, reducing waste and promoting environmental responsibility.

Please ensure you provide the product code, colour, and quantity clearly when placing your order.

We offer carton, pallet (standard and tall), and bulk sizes for delivery.

The minimum order quantity is based on the pack quantity for each product.

All orders must be made in carton, pallet, or bulk quantities.

Coloured Pots

Our standard colour is black, and minimum quantities apply for all colour lines, as pots are made to order.

For special makes or colours in quantities below the minimum, please consult our Customer Service Team. We may be able to accommodate your request by tagging your order onto another production run if available.

Pot Scheduling and Planning

With the conveyor coupling system it is easy to connect Javo conveyors in various lengths and widths. It will take one motor part to drive multiple conveyor belts on the exact same speed. The system is removable and the conveyors remain movable.

PPU 2.0

The Javo PPU 2.0 offers the solution for automatic placing of round and square pots onto transport wagons. Ideal for nurseries and greenhouses with longer distances between their different production departments.

Your pots are always positioned as desired on the transport wagon, because of the cooperation between the chain track and the push over unit. The elevator movement keeps the pot upright. It prevents pots from falling over during the movement and also ensures that larger and higher plants do not get entangled. And so the top layer on the pot will not fall out of the pot.
