Welcome to the first of my Quarterly Reports for the 4655 postcode. The idea is to ensure you have a handle on the market place and have all of the information you may require should you decide to get involved in real estate here in Hervey Bay. Remember this report is for you – so if you have any comment please let me know; if there is information you feel is missing or stuff you would love to see, I welcome your feedback. Each report will cover residential sales only; this includes houses, land, units and townhouses. You may note that in each suburb there are sales excluded – we are advised by RP Data that these are sales that are classified as not “normal sales’ i.e. to a family member, sales where the prices have yet to be declared by the sales person or ratified by the Department of Natural Mines and Resources.
