The Segâh Festival of Persian and Turkish Music The Segâh Festival is a joint project between the Center for Iranian Music, the School of Music, and the Turkish Students Organization at Carnegie Mellon University. The Festival will feature concerts of contemporary Persian and Turkish music as well as lectures and workshops.
