Dana Samuel
Dana Samuel is a visual artist and researcher currently based in Montreal, Canada. She holds an Associate Degree from the Ontario College of Art & Design and a Masters of Fine Art from the University of Western Ontario. She has exhibited her media-based works at galleries and festivals across Canada and Europe. The first Canadian artist invited to the International Independent Studio Program Residency at the Office for Contemporary Art Norway, most recently, she was invited to The Banff Centre to participate in a residency with artist Ken Lum. She has received grants and awards from the Toronto Arts Council, the Ontario Arts Council, the Canada Council for the Arts and the Toronto Jewish Arts Council.
