As a project manager worked on delivery of capital public space projects. The projects focused on designing crime and ASB out of the town centre and change in human behaviour: - Projects: Lead capital projects around improving ASB, crime and homelessness in Watford Town Centre and associated public spaces. From initiation to completion delivered: o Contactless Pay points -drafted plans and costs for this projects, found partners and drafted legal contracts, sources and advised on suppliers, contractors and tender; supported design and communications. Reporting, seeking approvals and negotiating. Prepared lessons learned to advice other boroughs of the proceedings in delivering similar projects. o Meanwhile Project for Watford Library Public Space and installation of CCTV camera in St. Mary’s Churchyard. Worked with partners- HCC library and Watford ManCap café to create a public seating area and performance space; helping the library and the café to return back to trading under current conditions. Sourced suppliers and contractors, negotiated delivery and future management, prepared design, cost plans and project timeline. o St.Mary’s Churchyard- CCTV- Grade 1 Listed site, installation of CCTV camera, site assessment, recommendation on delivery and future coverage of the site. Working directly with in-house engineers and Herts police. - Emergency Projects (covid-19): Death Cell Management- formed and facilitated activity around the bereavement support working group; recorded and reported change and financial support for charities tackling mental health and bereavement. Managed Public Health Cell providing governance, action/decision log; risk management; provided weekly update reports to democratic services. - Negotiation: Provided feedback to the project board; kept communication between stakeholders and keeping partners engaged in the projects through difficult times; linked with new partners to share common outcomes; kept internal communications and assigned future programmes with associated departments to provide joined approach. - Problem Solving: Developed alternative solutions to provide immediate outcomes; agreed and tackled issues and risks associated with each project; kept open communication and provided ideas around progress and solutions - Team management: Governed a team to progress and achieve desired outcomes; Facilitated meetings, updated logs and reports; kept peers informed and engaged; worked directly with senior management.

As Principal Regeneration Officer, I worked in town centres regeneration looking for opportunities to manage projects, applying my acquired knowledge, experience and skills. - Strategy: Drafted Town Centres Strategic Policy Framework and formulated action plans to develop and implement physical and capital projects for socio economic prospects. - Funding and projects: Worked on submission applications around policy, research mapping, rationale and vision of town centre improvements and creation of workspace and funding source £1.6m-£5m. - Engagement: Facilitated, organised and led on the Leader’s ‘Cabinet Member for Regeneration’ Town Centres Engagement Programme, HQ Digital Engagement- Let’s Talk, utilised and negotiated the use of empty shops, promoted Enfield as a location for investment and led on the Governance for Town Centres- ToR’s/meeting schedules, co-ordinated engagement, PR, comms and marketing, risk and monitoring, research and feedback on Public presentation. - Programme: MHCLG awarded LBE 58k to raise community pride and improve the appearance of their Town centres, monitoring, budgeting and management of the programme: Drafted community chest funding legal contracts, Notice of Decision, Negotiated delivery of the project in tight deadlines to provide a Monitoring Report for MHCLG, Facilitated and led on the communication between LBE, external contractors and the community groups to deliver the programme, Made co-locations between community, agencies and creatives and Crowdfunding for the Greening of Palmers Green infrastructure document for short term projects. - Projects: Immediate improvement projects such as Library Green Power Supply and Festive Lighting managing complex regeneration issues and heading team with internal and external consultants: Briefed consultants, budget management and monitoring, risk and performance feedback to facilitate the improvements for year ‘20/’21 - Cross-borough project: Business loan fund- provided legal comments for the MoU, developed the marketing strategy and leaflets through workshops, negotiated and influenced decisions around employment and skills, negotiated and represented LBE at the steering group meetings. - Co-location: Worked with local landlords, business owners and DM for inward investment opportunities within the town centres. - Reporting: Drafted Expression of Interest for funding applications, provided supporting evidence- annex for the project, Briefing notes around night-time economy; briefing document for facilitation of Public events, drafted minutes at Leader’s public meeting, access documentation for the use of empty shops, GDPR disclaimer and photography, disclaimer for public meetings, risk analyse for public events, environmental repairs to use empty shops for public use

6th LE: NOTRE Institute Landscape Forum May 2017 in Freising, Germany which included the participation of 145 landscape architecture and spatial planning practitioners, educators, students and researchers from 27 countries. The forum focused on landscape and inclusion. In crosscutting groups and field trip research, we focused on areas of the Northern Fringe in Munich, and the Mile Long Park in the subject named ‘ landscape and democracy’ led by Deni Ruggeri, lecturer at the science university in Oslo, Norway.

The outcomes drafted to help local authorities to engage l residents into the planning and development process.
1. Bringing people together in the landscape will strengthe their sense of belonging and identity, allowing the past an present, rural and urban landscapes to become a meaning part of their lives.
2. Knitting the patchwork of land and the immediate communities will bring people together in the landscape/ commons, a multi-functional system of inclusive and acces spaces for their emotional and physical support.
3. Bringing historical elements into a re-framed narratives allow the sharing of knowledge and awareness of the mea of the landscape to the communities and generate stronge identities and pride.
4. Through engagement and participation, locals will stew and plan their landscape in democratic ways, connect with landscape and with each other.

MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT BERGEN NORWAY Discovering the qualities of a city and its synergetic life which is played on anthropological landscape, memorizing the history within its materiality and preserving the spirit with the old narrow cobblestone pathways giving you glimpse of the water. Climbing the timid and rigid topography we come across places that were overlooking the dynamic formation of natural and anthropological boundaries, the city stretching as a carpet between the mountains, where all its imperfections have been washed off by the rain. Walking through the city, the presence of the mountains is memorized into the water and the little town windows. The morning sun bouncing off the individual houses spread on the mountain retreat, glowing like jewels, dispersing the light into the city adding to the kaleidoscopic nature of Bergen.
