Daniel Ballerini is a Southern New Jersey-based real estate investor. Since 2012, Daniel Ballerini has operated as a sole proprietorship. Ballerini's principal focus has been purchasing distressed residential properties (single-family homes and small apartment complexes) in mostly Class B neighborhoods, refurbishing them, and offering high-quality rental housing in the community. A buy-fix-sell approach has replaced Daniel Ballerini's 2012 Buy-Fix-Rent strategy. The Fix and Flip division of Daniel Ballerini's firm has been added to his existing portfolio of 102 rental homes.
