Hello Reader, My name is Dan Cherry, and I am writing this to inform you of some of the services that I provide. This letter is to help you or your family, or make it easy to refer me to your contacts, friends, or clients. Recent changes with Individual and Family Health Insurance plans have gone through much change since the Affordable Care Act has gone into effect. Your health no longer effects approval or rates, all are now approved Each year clients can change their plans to better suit them for the next year Rates were adjusted to lower costs for ages 55-64 Rates were raised for ages 20-30 to offset decrease in ages 55-64 Healthy now pay the same as those with health issues Now that rates are out for 2015, I can help you get information and quotes on plans offered by Blue Cross, Health Partners, Medica, and Preferred One. Last year Preferred Ones rates were almost always the lowest, but they have had some extreme raises for 2015, and I will more than likely only be quoting the other three companies to give you the best rates and value. I have seven questions that I use to narrow down to 5 or so plans of the 40 plus plans that these four companies offer. Please answer these questions to help me advise you on the plans that may best fit you. Then please email those to me: Daniel.Cherry.HRG@gmail.com
1. The Dates of Birth and names of those that will be on the plan 2. Hospitals that you need included in the plan 3. Your zip code and county 4. Please write me a paragraph of any current health issues that you are having or that you foresee for 2015 (example: pregnancy, chronic kidney stones, very healthy and rarely see a doctor) This will help me explain why one policy may benefit someone over another 5. What deductible or yearly maximum out of pocket if for example everyone got Kidney stones in 2015, what is the amount of risk you can handle. The more you can less the premium. 6. What would be an okay total amount for your budget for as a health insurance charge per month 7. Who is your current plan with, what the deductible is, and what premium, and max out of pocket
If you send me those answers back, I can do a thorough job of finding you or your family the coverage that you are looking for. For your information: I am paid for helping clients enroll in plans with each company. Each company pays me the same and they all pay the same whether you pick a plan for $400 or a plan for $200. Going forward you will have the pleasure of calling me to quickly handle any issues, instead of having to call a 1 800 number.
Thank you, Dan Cherry
