Pina co-founded Kra Co. with sister Lucy after building on the success of their first venture.
With Beauty and Building aspects established, Lucy’s focus on the soul and spirit expanded the Kra Co. portfolio.
After an unforgettable trip to Ghana in 2008, Pina worked to make the connection between two very different worlds. Inspired by the power of relationships, Pina founded Abibirem Beauty to bring the natural powers of raw Shea butter to the forefront of North American culture.
With a background in holistic nutrition and alternative healing methods, Lucy’s passion for life lessons and personal journeys cultivated Kra Co.’s appreciation for the Body, inside and out. Her experience with a cancer diagnosis propelled her through a journey of self-discovery, the connection of mind, body and spirit. This became the platform upon which she shares her story of healing.
With a background in social work, Pina has been exposed to the social issues that quickly take their toll on our body and soul. The stories that have come out of her encounters have built a solid foundation to root Kra Co. in socially responsible business practices. Building Kra Co. meant she could redefine the limits on beauty; overcoming obstacles of age and ethnicity. Pina continues to invest her time and resources in the power of people while working towards a more connected and socially responsible global community.

She has incorporated elements from holistic nutrition; including allergen-friendly recipes to soothe the soul, with crystals and alternative healing methods to balance the spirit. As a Reiki Master and an Angel Guidance & Healing Practitioner (AGHP), Lucy uses connections from her sessions to inspire sharing and growth within Kra Co. As Lucy evolved in her own personal growth and healing, the vision for the future of Kra Co. became clear: feeding the souls and spirits of individuals in communities globally.

Angel Guidance & Healing Health and healing comes from various realms of our mind, body and spirit. Through Angel Guidance & Healing, we connect with angels and archangels that provide us with supportive guidance, an answer to our questions and direction to our life purpose. Using Angel oracle cards and guided intuition, Kra Co. is able to connect and convey the messages we are ready to hear.
Reflexology
Reiki With traditions based in Japanese culture, Reiki has evolved over the last century and has set roots in our western world. Reiki is a non-denominational, energy-based healing modality. A light touch helps to establish the normal energy flow and balance within each of us. It allows healing to take place on a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level; feeding the soul one session at a time. Kra Co. has extended this healing service in spas, yoga workshops, private sessions and share circles.
Reflexology is an ancient alternative healing method where appropriate pressure is applied to the feet, hands or ears using specific thumb and finger techniques. It is used to create balance and relax the body. Areas on the

BUILD We believe in the power of helping others. Built on the premise of unity and community, Kra Co. is committed to ‘paying it forward’, helping others be and feel fabulous, and by contributing to causes that affect us all. We participate in various events, and contribute a portion of proceeds of sales to the event. We also offer gift packages or give-aways which can include a combination of: KraSi services and KraFe products. What is KraBan? Sharing stories, imparting love and compassion, connecting communities near and from across the world.
Our Community Abroad • We pay the women in Ghana fairly for their labour and the shea butter • We pay for a young girl’s school fees in Sandema, Northern Ghana. To date – She has completed high school and will be moving on to train as a Nurse • We provide school supplies and sports equipment to 2 schools in Ghana • Gently used clothing and shoes are donated to local and global communities.
