Debbie was named Sales Manager for a new construction project The Beacon at Garvies Point, 167 Waterfront Condominiums at Garvies Point in Glen Cove. She also managed the on-site sales team for the newly constructed Ritz-Carlton Residences in North Hills, New York, a development that consists of 244 luxury condominiums that are priced at $1.7 million and above. Over the years, Debbie spearheaded the Business Development Division at Daniel Gale, which focuses on assisting new agents through mentorship and coaching in the launching of their real estate careers, with a systematic approach to marketing and promotion. Her coaching also extends to experienced professionals within the company who learn to develop and grow their existing real estate business.

Debbie is a life-long resident of Glen Cove where she and her husband George raised their two sons Christopher and Thomas. She is active in community affairs and has a deep commitment to Glen Cove and the North Shore of Long Island.

New Construction Experience Debbie has in-depth knowledge within the real estate field having specific experience in residential/commercial development, zoning matters, project management, organization, and marketing.

Debbie has been in the real estate business for over 35 years and during that time has been involved in the building and development process with ultimately handling the on-site sales. She has been responsible for multi-million dollar projects from planning stages through completion inclusive of land acquisitions, zoning changes, prospectus approvals from the Attorney General’s office, coordination of projects with engineers, architects, surveyors, planning boards, interior decorators, investors and banking institutions. Also worked closely with the DEC, Army Corps of Engineers, Urban Renewal and Community Development Agencies.

April, 2018 Debbie was ranked #95 in the top 1,000 of REAL Estate Professionals in the category of Transaction Volume (out of over 12,000 agents) by REAL Trends. REAL Trends Newsletter identifies the country’s largest and most successful agents ranked by closed sales volume.

June, 2017 Debbie was ranked #21 in the top 1,000 of REAL Estate Professionals by REAL Trends. To be included in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume.
