NATIONAL JUNIOR BRANCH MEETING
*This meeting is not endorsed by the National Park Service nor does it seek its endorsement. This document is not to be sold or exchanged. Lol.
Welcome to our National Park. Our park is full. We have rivers and lakes, mountains and valleys, rolling hills and green planes, not to mention some pretty incredible views. Over the course of a year around 700 visitors pass through; and each one of them help to make our park beautiful in their own way. (We also have a lot of bad puns— What should we name our park? I don’t know but did you see my t?)

Important Things NJBM is mandatory for all current JB Presidents. For the first time, JB presidents will be reimbursed in full for transportation. We also highly encourage JB President-Elects and local JB Advisors to attend. There will be an important JB Advisor training session. JB advisors 21 years of age and older can act as chaperones.
Our Campsite Northern Kentucky Convention Center, 1 W Rivercenter Blvd Covington, KY 41011 Thursday, October 13th Sunday, October 16th. All JB participants and chaperones are expected to be at the conference in time for the first session at 8pm on Thursday. You should be checked in and ready to participate by 8.
Refugee T-Shirt Drive JB Austin/San Antonio created an afterschool program for refugee students as a Mosaic project. We want these kids to feel a part of the larger CISV community by giving them a CISV shirt and also fill a need for more clothing. So bring CISV shirts that you’ve outgrown and we’ll share them with JB ATXSA! Make sure to wash your old shirts before you bring them!
JB Presidents: We’re going to be asking all JB Presidents to give a short report on their chapter and how the past year has gone. You will get more information about the kinds of things that should be included in the next few weeks. You should not make a powerpoint.
We can’t wait to see you at camp!
