2 Tbsp (30 ml) freshly grated ginger 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure’s Asian Stir-fry Seasoning 2 Tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce 1 Tbsp (15 ml) rice vinegar 2 tsp (10 ml) cornstarch ½ tsp (2.5 ml) sugar ¾ cup (180 ml) orange juice 1 ½ lbs (680 g) raw shrimp Epicure’s Sea Salt and Epicure’s Pepper, to taste 2 tsp (10 ml) vegetable oil

1 sweet pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
2 Tbsp (30 ml) freshly grated ginger
2 Tbsp (30 ml) grated fresh ginger
1 green onion, sliced – optional
1 cup (250 ml) rice
1. Stir together first 7 ingredients.
1 ½ cups (375 ml) prepared Epicure's Chicken Bouillon
2. Season shrimp with Sea Salt and Pepper. Heat oil in Epicure’s Eclipse® Coated Wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, pepper and ginger. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, until shrimp are cooked through. 3. Stir sauce, then pour into Wok. Simmer for 1 minute, until sauce is thickened. 4. Remove from heat and stir in green onion. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer, covered, for 12–15 minutes, or until rice is tender and water is absorbed. 3. Fluff with a fork and serve.
