Epicure’s Montreal Steak Rub contains only 75 mg sodium per serving – great flavour without the salt! 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Epicure's Montreal Steak Rub 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Epicure's Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure's Mustard – your choice 2 lbs (1 kg) top sirloin steak Epicure's Sea Salt, coarsely ground, to taste Epicure's Black Pepper, coarsely ground, to taste 1. Whisk first 4 ingredients in a shallow glass baking pan. 2. Add steak, turning to coat. Cover and marinate for up to 24 hours. 3. Season with Sea Salt and Black Pepper immediately before cooking.

Epicure’s Steak Sauce Prep time: 5 minutes Makes: 2/3 cup (160 ml) 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Seasoning for Epicure's Steak Sauce ½ cup (125 ml) ketchup 2 Tbsp (30 ml) water 1 Tbsp (15 ml) molasses 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure's Balsamic Vinegar 1. Whisk all ingredients together. 2. Use immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. 4. Grill steak on barbecue over medium-high heat for 4 minutes per side. 5. Place cooked steak on a heated platter, cover loosely with foil and let stand 5 minutes before serving. 6. Slice thinly across the grain on the diagonal.
