½ cup (125 ml) grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup (250 ml) light mayonnaise 1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure’s Seasoning for Cheese, Chives & Bacon Dip 1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure’s Lemon Dilly Dip Mix 1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure’s 3 Onion Dip Mix 1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). 2. Combine all ingredients until wellblended and spoon into Epicure’s Baker.

Epicure’s Salmon Dilly Spread Prep Time: 5 minutes • Makes: 2 cups (500 ml)
Simple, delicious and versatile! Spread on bagels, wraps and crackers – perfect for breakfast, lunch and pre-dinner appetizers. 2 cups (500 ml) light cream cheese 4 oz (115 g) smoked salmon, or 1 small tin of salmon, drained 1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure’s Lemon Dilly Dip Mix Epicure’s Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste 1. Mix all ingredients by hand or in food processor until smooth. Serving Suggestions: • Make Epicure’s Salmon Dilly Pinwheels – spread on tortillas and sprinkle with finely diced bell peppers. Roll up and slice into rounds.

Epicure’s Extraordinary Cheese-stuffed French Toast Prep Time: 20 minutes • Bake Time: 16—20 minutes • Makes: 6 servings
Do steps 1 and 2 the night before. Then, simply bake the next day for a no-fuss brunch. 1 large baguette ½ recipe prepared Epicure’s Extraordinary Cheese Dip™ 3 eggs 1 cup (250 ml) milk 1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure’s Lemon Dilly Dip Mix – optional 3 Tbsp (45 ml) butter, melted and divided ½ cup (125 ml) prepared Epicure’s Poco Picante Salsa 1. Slice baguette into 1 ½” (3.5 cm) thick rounds. Using a serrated knife, slice each round again three-quarters of the way through, making a bread ‘clam.’ Add about 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure’s Extraordinary Cheese Dip™ and gently press to close. Arrange tightly in a 9” x 13” (23 cm x 33 cm) baking dish.
2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk and Lemon Dilly Dip Mix. Pour over bread and gently turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight to soak up the egg mixture. 3. Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C). 4. Brush Epicure’s Parchment-lined Baking Sheet with half of the butter. Arrange pieces so they don’t touch and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven. 5. Brush tops with remaining butter, turn over and continue to bake for about 8 minutes, until deep golden. Place on plates and serve with prepared Epicure’s Poco Picante Salsa.
