2 Tbsp (30 ml) Epicure’s Sweet & Spicy Mustard 1. Whisk first 4 ingredients together in mixing bowl. Mix in beef. Wet hands to prevent sticking and form mixture into 6 patties using Epicure’s Burger Press. 2. Grill on the barbecue over medium-high heat with the lid closed for 5 minutes. Turn patties and continue grilling for an additional 5 minutes. 3. Place onion rings on grill for the last few minutes of cooking. Barbecue for 1–2 minutes, until lightly charred. 4. Combine all topping ingredients. Spoon over cooked burgers and top with grilled onion rings. Epicure’s Lemon Dilly Potato Salad Makes 6 servings Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes 1 cup (250 ml) light mayonnaise 1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure’s Mustard – any kind, optional 2 tsp (10 ml) Epicure’s Lemon Dilly Dip Mix 4 cups (1 L) cooked, diced or sliced potatoes 4 green onions, sliced 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or cut into wedges Epicure’s Sea Salt and Epicure’s Black Pepper, to taste 1.
