1. In Epicure’s Multi-Purpose Pot, cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Preheat oven to broil. 3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, 3 Onion Dip Mix and Pesto Herb Mix. ¼ cup (60 ml) melted butter 1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). 2. In Epicure’s 12-cup Multi-Purpose Pot, boil carrots and yams until tender. Drain and mash. 3. Heat maple syrup, apple juice, 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) Herb & Garlic Dip Mix, butter and Cinnamon. 4. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a lightly buttered casserole dish. 5. 1 cup (250 ml) buttermilk ½ cup (125 ml) Epicure’s Pure Cocoa 2 ¼ cups (560 ml) sugar 3 eggs 1 cup (250 ml) boiling water 1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). 2. In a bowl, use a fork to stir flour with baking soda, Cinnamon, if desired, and salt. In another large bowl, whisk oil with buttermilk, Pure Cocoa, sugar, eggs and Vanilla Extract. 3. Pour buttermilk mixture over flour, then pour in boiling water. Stir just until mixed (batter will be runny). Do not overbeat, or cake will be tough. 4. Divide mixture between two 9” (23 cm) pans lined with Epicure’s Parchment Paper. Bake for about 35 minutes, until toothpicks inserted in the centre of cakes come out clean. 5. Let cool in pans. Run a knife along the inside edge of pans, turn cakes out onto Epicure’s Cooling Rack and cool completely.
