figure 04 (12) tiles milled out of 3� high density foam; (4) layers glued together to form prototype panels for terracotta mailbox tiles; once glued, each tile was placed back onto a custom jig and various words were milled into each face

figure 05 (4) masks created from 3D scans for an exhibition at UB’s Anderson Gallery; the front of each mask was 5-Axis milled at Boston Valley Terra Cotta; tiles were then brought back to UB and redetailed figure 06 each mask was then flipped and the back was hollowed out
