From 2008 to 2013. • Awards: - Maximum Prize Money on the XIX Biennial of Contemporary Music Funarte on the category "Symphonic Orchestra" with the music "The Storm" (2010). - Partial sponsorship for the recording and broadcasting on the "Orchestral Master Volume 2" CD series by ABLAZE Records (Australia / USA) with the inclusion of the music "The Storm" – February 2014 NOTE: Relinquished the prize • Music Premieres: • 2008: - "Angels Cry" for solo guitar, performed by the composer himself at the Philosophy’s Campus of the Federal University of Bahia, as part of the Bahia’s Biennale of Art, Design and Culture in Salvador / BA • 2009: - "Chaotic Dance n.1" for chamber orchestra, on the 25th of August at 19h in "Young Composers Concert" of EMUS / UFBa held at Martins Gonçalves Theater in Salvador / BA by the Federal University of Bahia Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Prof. Dr. Wellington Gomes. - "Curupira" for 8 percussions, on 1 December at 20h at the meeting hall of the rectory Federal University of Bahia in Salvador / BA as part of the programming of the XXI International Music Seminars - Meeting Composers - EMUS / UFBa performed by the Center of Percussion Federal University of Bahia under the baton of Prof. Dr. Jorge Sacramento. • 2011: - "The Storm (A Tragedy at Sea)" for symphony orchestra on October 10 at 19h at the Teatro João Caetano in Rio de Janeiro, in the realization of the XIX Biennial of Contemporary Music FUNARTE, by Orquestra Petrobrás performed under the baton of André Cardozo. • 2013: - "A Compositional Study" for chamber ensemble, on the 14th of October at 20h, performed by the Greek Ensemble "dissonArt" on the "48th Dimitria Festival" in Thessaloniki, Greece, as part of the realization of international Call for Scores "Collaborative Miniature Project" (Greece). • 2014: - "Tragedy Eros" for solo clarinet, on February 28 at 20h at the Auditorium CAM (Calle Mayor, Cartagena, Spain) performed by Javier Garrido Perez as part of the realization of the international Call for Scores "15 Minutes of Fame" Vox Novus (New York ). - “Random Trio (or “Avant de l’apres midi”)” for three musicians, on November 6 at 19h at the Events’s Room of the Music School of University of Bahia. • Participation at Festivals and Venues: - FIMC III (International Festival of Contemporary Music) in 2010, the festival sponsored by the Post-Graduate Program of the School of Music UFBa (PPGMUS - UFBa).
