ABOUT AIR-DRIED HAM

Tulip air-dried ham is naturally dry, cured and tender ham, which is ideal as a pizza topping or as a component to for example a pasta dish or tapas. The air-dried ham does not need to go into the oven together with the other ingredients, but can be added or topped up after the pizza is out - it induces and underlines the fl avour and structure of the meat.
