Company Overview Benevelli is a company established in 1962 that designs, manufactures and sells transmissions for self propelled vehicles, focused on battery operated machines with static load ratings until 3 tonnes. Located in the Motor Valley, between Reggio Emilia and Modena, Benevelli is ISO 9001:2008 certified company with internal cell-based manufacturing processes assuring strict compliance to quality.

Product Overview TX1 Transaxle Drive System is a complete package comprised of a reduction-differential gears assembly, rigid drive axle, electric motor and braking system. The modular system includes several type of gear ratios, track-widths, wheel hubs, brakes and differential locking system. Custom versions can be engineered to meet your exact requirements

Welding operation performed by robots ensuring the highest safety criteria (TUV certified ISO 15614:2012)

All metallic parts are subjected to high quality zinc coating to withstand the corrosive agents aggression

Draw tubes of 51mm diameter (7,5mm thickness) are heavily installed with built-in studs on gearbox housing

Hardened alloy steel gears with involute grinding profile ensure constant low noise level
